Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activities under your account. Notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

License to content

We grant a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased materials for the stated duration. Do not redistribute lessons or share logins.

Payments & refunds

Prices are shown in USD unless indicated otherwise. For self-paced courses, refunds are available within 7 days if under 10% of content was viewed. Live or in-person events may have different cancellation terms shown at checkout.

Acceptable use

• Do not reverse engineer site code or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not infringe intellectual property or misrepresent authorship.
• Use respectful, non-discriminatory language in community spaces.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, including TransViva Floristry, and lesson materials remain our property or that of respective licensors.

Disclaimers

We provide educational content “as is.” We do not guarantee particular business outcomes. Your results depend on your skills, market, and effort.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Direct damages are limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
