Do you use floral foam in your courses?
Our default is foam-free. When we demo foam for legacy context, we label it clearly and present a sustainable alternative using wire, kenzan, or water weight.
How long do I have access to self-paced lessons?
Self-paced access lasts at least 12 months from purchase, with downloadable technique notes you can keep indefinitely.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes. Complete required assignments and a short reflection to receive a digital certificate of completion from TransViva Floristry.
What tools and materials do I need?
We publish a tools list per course—typically pruners, floral tape, chicken wire, kenzan, vases, and buckets. We avoid specialized single-use gadgets.
Can beginners keep up with advanced modules?
Advanced courses assume proficiency with conditioning, wiring, and weight distribution. Beginners can start with Foundations and return to advanced modules later.
What is the refund policy?
For self-paced courses, refunds are available within 7 days if under 10% of content was viewed. Live or in-person events follow contract terms disclosed at checkout.
How are live sessions scheduled across time zones?
We rotate session times and provide replays within 24 hours. Q&A is collected asynchronously so you never miss teacher feedback.
Can I use course images in my portfolio?
You may photograph your own work. Please credit TransViva Floristry for styling direction if compositions follow our lesson briefs.
